We... read more visited on Valentine’s day as we wanted to go out for a special dinner, date night out as a couple. They had a special 3-course (main and dessert in the pictures, i forgot the appetizer) crafted for that day complemented with a welcome drink (not in the pictures), and Amuse (1st picture) and bread (not in the pictures). The whole night started with a very warm welcome from the hostess, explaining the whole menu and also the concept. Appetizer was very out of the box - salmon and tuna tartare, with mango and avocado. This was suprisingly very delicious, it was a whole fusion of flavors as the hostess indicated in her introduction. The main was smoked boneless beefribs with potato au gratin - another out of the box dish (i usually eat grilled beefribs) the beef was so tender, and juicy, with the smokey flavor. The winner was actually the sauce that it came with - which was melted compound butter of african nuts and shrimps! My mouth still gets watery just remembering this! Last but not least, was the dessert. Chocolate dome, with cake topped with berry sauce (you cant see this one in the pictures cause this was before they poured the sauce at the table). Underneath the dome, it reveals the vanilla ice cream. Well, this was also another fusion warm berry sauce, sweet chocolate, cold vanilla icecream and warm cake! All by all nice experience, worth a 5-star review! Since its owned by a local Curacao person, I support my fellow YDK’er!
